My wonderful brother; life was a journey we often travelled on the same roads. Laughter, tears, whatever came my way you were my rock. I love you and miss you! Irene

Absolutely devastated to hear of Marwin’s passing. A great friend, funny man with a quick wit and hearty smile and laugh. I knew Marwin for about fifteen years starting from my time at Poplar Bay Resort. Always fun to be around and have a beer with. I used to say that Poplar Bay was never officially open every spring until Marwin and Carol got there. A true honest down to earth friend and I will miss him dearly. My deepest condolences on behalf of myself and my family to Carol, Ken and Dawn, Tannis and Leo and all of Marwin’s family and friends. Won’t be the same without him and characters like Marwin come into your life once in a lifetime if your lucky. God has a trucker and a fisherman in his midst

Almost every memory involves Uncle Marv telling one of his many stories. Happy hours at Poplar Bay aren't the same. Rest in Peace Uncle.
