Remembering Mary, first as a neighbor, then as a wonderful friend, my ray of sunshine for over 40 years! And a lifetime of adventure and exuberance that never never seemed to diminish. I swear that woman got younger every single day. And to Keith, her love, companion, her partner in everything - my heart felt condolences. This world just isn’t going to shine as much. Her outrageous sense of humour and that laugh of hers ….. and her caring compassion…..and everything about her! Goodbye and a happy ever after. See you soon, darling friend.

Keith. I am so sad for you. I will miss that beautiful smile of Mary's and her very positive nature. Always so generous and filled with love for her many friends and family. I first met Mary through Bodyworks and we have maintained a friendship over the many years since. Bodyworks has since closed but a number of us continued our annual get togethers with Christmas parties and summer gatherings at Mary's patio. Mary was a committed teacher and loved all her students. We were proud to lend her our dogs for the annual visit of Streak the dog to her class. She was so creative and committed to everything she took on. Gardening for the neighbours to ensure they had a lovely front yard was one of the many memories of her creative and committed personality. Mary and Keith often cycled past our house and always stopped for a chat. I will miss seeing and hearing her come down our street. I was privileged to get a few visits in to Mary while she was hospitalized. Never a dull moment and laughter always prevailed. She was generous as always; wanting me to eat her chocolates. I obliged. I am still in shock at hearing of Mary's death. She adored and loved you so much Keith. May the wonderful memories be there every day and I am thankful that she was my friend.
