Mrs. Galatiuk was my voice teacher when I was in junior and senior highschool. She was a fabulous woman that helped foster a love for music and performing that I still have to this day and have passed on to my son and daughter. She made the world a better place and will be missed. Condolences to her family.

Our condolences to Mildred's family. I was a student teacher under Mildred and Rita Watson's able leadership and then taught with Mildred until she retired. I enjoyed working with her and have always thought of her as a friend. I have so many happy memories of the years we worked together and am sad to think she is no longer with us!

Mrs. Galatiuk was a teacher of mine that I will never forget. You never forget the good ones. She was more than just a teacher, she cared about the student as an individual. For many years I had planned to visit her and discuss my best friend, her son, Warren. I wanted to say how I felt about his passing. Somehow it seemed that as long as I never had this discussion it may not be true. On behalf of myself and my family I would like to extend my condolences to the entire family. Regards,Lloyd Ballard453 Ferry RoadWinnipeg, Mb

I loved singing in your Mom's choirs in school. She always had wonderful songs that were fun to sing. She was a lovely lady and a pleasure to know and learn from. My sympathies to all your family.
