I was saddened and shocked to read of Monica's death, my thoughts and prayers are with you Lenna, Laura and Wanda. I remember the great times we had playing hearts and hanging out on Forrest Ave many years ago. Monica was a wonderful, inspirational woman who will never be forgotten. June (Junesky) friend.

Monica, I love you so much I can't even begin to try to express it in words....your presence in my life inspired me in many ways and I would not be the same person I am today if not for you introducing me to poetry and literature. You always loved my terrible teen poetry (or at least pretended to) and your encouragement, lack of judgement, and pride in my accomplishments will ALWAYS be remembered. LOVE ZOA

I am so sorry for your loss. I was shocked when I read that Monica had passed. I too lost a sister to cancer so I know what emotions you must be feeling at this time. May God bless you and keep you!
