On Tuesday, May 5, 2015 Olga died at Beacon Hill Lodge at the age of 93 years.
Left to mourn are her children Barb (Reg), Gale (Roger), Garry (Donna) and Pat (Ernie); all of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was affectionately known by all as Baba. She was predeceased by her loving husband Henry; both her parents and her siblings.
Baba loved to do all kinds of crafts; ceramics, petit point, needle point, knitting and crocheting. She made afghans and blankets for premature babies, unwed mothers, Ronald McDonald House, AIDs patients and many more. She was famous for her dish cloths!
A private service will be held at a later date.
We wish to thank Beacon Hill Lodge for the kindness and care they gave our Mom/Baba and specifically thank the 6th floor staff where she lived, especially Hazel aka ?Hilda.?
