I was sad to learn of Orest's passing from my cousin, Nick. I knew Orest well when I was young, but had not seen him in several years. I hope his passing was peaceful. He used to stay at my Baba's house (Maria Yacheson--Sawicki) when he came to the city when he was young, so my mom knew him quite well. It is sad that yet another member of our huge family has left us.
