MARCH 3, 1939 – SEPTEMBER 2, 2017
    The family of Philip Peter Hiebert is saddened to announce his passing at the age of 78 years.   Phil is survived by his wife Phyllis of 52 years of marriage (Winnipeg); son Philip Shane; grandson Brent Andrew; four step-granddaughters and their mother, Gina Van Raalte; three step great grandchildren, all of Georgetown, ON; his sister-in-law, Shirley Hiebert Dorge and her children of Huntsville and Toronto, ON; special nephew, Allan (Trudy) Hiebert and family of Red Deer, AB; and special niece Brenda (Otto) Smale and family of Niverville, MB. He was predeceased by his father, Philip; mother, Mary; brothers, Philip, Cornelius, Arthur and Henry; sisters, Eva (Hans) Braun and Nettie (Arnold) Heinrichs; sister-in-law, Margaret Hiebert Schuppert; nephews, Danny and Kirk Hiebert, Raymond Heinrichs and great niece, Catherine Ellis.   On Monday, September 11, 2017, Phil’s Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. in Wojcik’s Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main Street at Manitoba Avenue.
