I worked with Ray (Steve) as we new him, many years ago, he was the first line crew chief I drove for when I started driving truck for Hydro, We had some good times, now that I think back I remember alot of good times we shared, I will miss him very much!

Dear Tabitha, Stephen and family. I`m very sorry to hear about your dad`s death. I enjoyed your dad`s stories and jokes very much but I especially enjoyed his friendship. He helped me alot when I bought my cottage on Moonlight, and I really appreciated it. He was a very knowledgeable and talented man. His absence wil be greatly missed. Beth May

Opening Day of duck and goose season was an established tradition with the Roper and Mardis family from Richard's first season. Fred and Raymond showed us the way onto the shore of Lake Winnipeg near Riverton for good hunting. In later years when Raymond was alone, we'd meet at the boat launch and look out for each other, talk about the ones that got away.We will miss him terribly.
