The family is sad to announce Rob’s peaceful passing at St. Boniface General Hospital, about midnight on Easter Sunday. He had recently been diagnosed with congestive heart failure, and lived a lifetime with numerous other health issues. Rob was born in Winnipeg on April 12, 1947 to John and Clara (Kreutzer) Papiernik. He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Bob Strong, his five nephews and nieces, and their spouses, their 15 children and one grandchild. There will be no funeral.
