ROGER (NEIL) DUCHARME
Neil was born on April 18, 1957 and passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 15, 2016, at the age of 59 years. Remaining to lovingly remember Neil are his loving partner of 27 years, Edna (nee West); brothers, Bob (Pat) and David (Linda); sisters, Donna (Jeff) and his twin sister Gail; as well as his nephew; nieces and Edna’s family. Neil was proud to work for the City of Winnipeg Parks and Recreation, retiring in April of 2012 after 34 and a half years. In compliance with Neil’s wishes, no formal Funeral Service will be held at this time. Thank you to Emergency Response for attending to Neil, your kindness was greatly appreciated.
