Left to mourn Ron’s passing are his two sisters; one brother; five stepchildren; eight grandchildren and their spouses; eight great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his loving wife Connie. Ron always enjoyed his crossword books, western stories, jigsaw puzzles and making toys and other wood crafting items. Family and friends are invited to attend Ron’s Funeral Service which will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. in the Chapel of Memories in Wojcik’s Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main Street at Manitoba Avenue. There will be refreshments following the service at his residence. A Graveside Interment will be held in Swan River Manitoba in the summer. The date is yet to be determined. Our family would like to express a special thank you to Palliative Home Care for their support and enabling us to fulfill his wish to stay home through this process. As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations to the WRHA Palliative Care program would be gratefully accepted.
