To The Peterson Family- Shara, Kyle, Carly and Colin.I came to hear of this tragic news when reaching out to catch up with Ron just yesterday. I was so shocked and saddened. I felt compelled to write something to you all because even though I never met Ron (we dealt by email and phone due to the distance), I could tell he was a great person. He was always so upbeat and pleasant and a joy to do business with. He would help me in any way that he could - you could just tell that he is genuinely a warm, kind and caring person. I will miss hearing his fun, cheerful voice. With Sincerest Condolences,~Yolanda Glickman/Dataram

Ron was more than just a good boss, he was an all around great guy to work with. His love of life was evident around the office. Not a day went by where we didn't have good conversations and lots of laughs. It is tough looking at that empty desk every day now. We all miss him and it won't be the same without him here. Condolences to his family, it was evident from his stories that he loved you all very much.

How do you come to grips with the loss of a great man. To his family, it is one of utter devastation. To his friends and associates, it is one of crippling sorrow. Ron was a great man to his family, his friends, and his associates. His loss will be felt in Winnipeg, London, and across this country, by those who had the good fortune to meet him, and by others whose only contact may have been over the phone or email. He was compassionate, just, a true leader, a professional, and one you hoped to call a friend. He will be greatly missed. With deepest condolences to his family, and those he made an impact on, in their lives.

Our deepest sympathy to Shara and the kids. Ron was a great guy who always took the time to find out what was going on in our lives whenever we visited. One memory of Ron that sticks out in my mind was when my Father was sick and confined to a wheelchair. Ron dropped what he was doing to come to our place on the other side of the city and build a ramp for my Dad, so that he could be mobile in his last few months with us. I will never forget that and I appreciated it so much. Ron will be missed by many

My sympathies and prayers go out to Ron's family at this most difficult of times. Ron was an amazing person. He was a trusted co-worker and consummate professional. Ron was one of those very special individuals that made you feel like you had just spoken last week - even if it had been months or years since you last heard from each other. Our company has lost an exceptionally valuable employee, one who will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

We both loved and respected Ron so much. He was a friend and colleague always ready and willing to share his outstanding knowledge of computers. We have a lovely memory of his excitement at being at the top of Greenstone Mountain when he visited Kamloops with the family on a camping trip. He completed a lovely family and will be missed by everyone. Our love and empathy to the family he's left behind.
