It is with devastation that I learn about the passing of a loved one of a former dignitary’s relative. I am quietly thinking of Harold and Verdeen Neufeld who were married during the reign of the maternal grandfather of our current Figurehead, the companions of a former Minister responsible for the Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries Corporation and a former Minister Responsible for Seniors, and the many admirers of the matriarch and patriarch of Mr. Neufeld’s family clan.
