SCOTT BRANDENBURG

Scott Brandenburg, 61, passed away on the 8th of June, 2025 in his home in Winnipeg, Manitoba, after a long battle with COPD.

He was born to the late Donald and Jocelyn Brandenburg on August 10, 1963 in Selkik, Manitoba.  He was the eldest of four boys.

Scott married Barb Francoeur on Februrary 6, 1988.  They were blessed with two children, Brenen and Jasmin.

He was a power engineer most of his life.  He enjoyed the outdoors – fishing, camping and hunting with a cold beer in hand.

Scott will be deeply missed by his wife of 37 years, Barbara; his children Brenen (Desiree) and Jasmin; his grandchildren Tate, Isabella and Nova; brothers Shawn (Marnie), Jeff and Glen; brother in law René Francoeur; sister in law Bernadette Francoeur as well as numerous extended family and friends.  He was predeceased by his parents Donald and Jocelynn Brandenburg and his in laws Marcel and Mary Francoeur.
