SHARON BETTY NOWAKOWSKI

It’s with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sharon Betty Nowakowski. Sharon passed on May 22, 2022 after a lengthy battle against cancer.

Sharon is survived by 3 children, Jason (Jeannie, grandchild Jaymie Lou), Crystal (Dave, grandchildren Zoie, Rylie), Michael (Nicole, grandchildren Blane, Lacy, Mya.) Sharon was predeceased by her parents, Otto and Ann Smith.

Sharon loved learning new things and was often researching things that interested her. She loved watching movies. She also loved her animals and helping people.

She was a loving and generous person who could always be counted on to be there when needed.

What she loved the most was time with her children and grandchildren. Her heart was full of love and she found great joy in shared laughter. Her family was very important to her, and she spent much time at family gatherings, visiting with everyone and talking about the old days, making sure we all knew the history. She made sure the details of our family history were passed down.

You may make a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society in Sharon Nowakowski’s honor as an alternative to flowers.
