We are thinking of you with deep sympathy during this difficult time in the loss of your mother and grandmother. I’ve known Sonia for a long time. We were school friends and lived close by. Many times we’d walk home from school, most of the time as slowly as we could get away with because there was always a lot to say, and of course with a couple more of our friends who lived in the same area we just had more fun. I have many fond memories of us going for long walks during summer holidays when we weren’t required to help with our family gardens and we’d never miss church on Sundays. Sonia and I met again at St Basil’s a few years ago where we caught up on all our many years apart and had an excellent chat. How proudly she spoke of you all! She will be remembered with love. RIP Sonia.

Our condolences on Sonia's passing to all those who knew and loved her. As neighbours, we mostly waved and passed the time of day, but Sonia was always happy and friendly and her sense of humour always shone through. Rest easy, friend.
