Baba, thank you for being such a gentle and kind, soul. You were always there for all of your family with love and support. I remember, almost 50 years ago, you used to give me coppers to go and buy candy at the store. I remember how I loved your canned dill pickles - I could devour a whole jar in one sitting! Your cooking was the best - made with the vegetables you grew from your garden. Borscht, Perogies, Soups, Baking, your Chocolate Cake!! I'm so grateful to have been able to spend time with you these last days in Holy Family. We talked, laughed and held hands. Thank you Holy Family and a special thank you to my Aunt Muriel and Aunt Emily for giving up so much of their time to make sure Baba was so well cared for. Baba....you are an Angel in Heaven, as you were on Earth. Kohbi xoxo
