We bought the cottage just last August and Terrell immediately popped over to get to know us. When I was up there over the winter, she invited me in for coffee and talked very frankly about her cancer. I was inspired by her positive attitude, her humour and the common sense way she approached life. She said that she didn't want to see the inside of the cottage until the renovations were complete so, I had her over just last Saturday. We chatted and she made me laugh. I'm glad to have known her and my thoughts go out to Grant and the rest of the family.

When I first met Terrell, she was my neighbour and became a friend. She was such a wise woman and gave great advice when asked. She was a great mother and produced great kids. Each one of them are special people and I was in awe of that. I will never forget that when my son was little she encouraged him to enter a colouring contest at PharmaPlus where she worked, and surprisingly he won. Now I'm sure there was a bit of influence on her part! There was something special about her and the way she cared for those in her circle. She was an amazing woman and she has forever left a mark on my soul. I will miss her.
