With great sadness, we announce the sudden passing of Terry at the St. Boniface Hospital.
Left to survive Terry are his sister Beverley Cirella; nephews Chris (Vanessa) and Ryan (Heather); great nephews Jaden and Tristan; great niece Caramia; special friends Maryanne Serbyniuk, Shelly Vedres and Jackie Serbyniuk; aunts; uncle; cousins; friends and his faithful pet companion, Freddy. He was predeceased by his parents John and Joyce Mariash.
Terry was born and grew up in Sudbury, Ontario. An adventurous fellow, he moved to Winnipeg at an early age to be closer to his large extended family. He worked as a meat cutter and took early retirement due to disability. Terry loved all animals, especially cats, and always had a cat or two as companions. He was a well-known and proud collector of duck ornaments and had his house full of ducks on display.
On Thursday, March 15, 2018 Terry’s Funeral Sevice will be held at 1:00 p.m. in Wojcik’s Funeral Chapel,1020 Main Street @ Manitoba Avenue, Winnipeg.
