Tina MacDonald 

January 14, 1962 – August 26, 2025

If you ask me about my mother, I’ll smile and say – she’s kind, she’s funny, she lights up every room.

But if you ask me with your heart open… I’ll pause, swallow the lump in my throat, and tell you – she’s the strongest soul I’ve ever known.

I’ve watched her carry storms in silence, wipe her own tears when no one was watching and rise every time life tried to break her.

She’s not just my mom. She’s my strength. She’s my safe place. She’s my everything.

Our beautiful mother, Tina MacDonald passed away peacefully, surrounded by her closest loved ones, on August 26, 2025.

She was not the type of woman who wanted to be remembered for her career, accolades or material successes. She wanted to be remembered for her beautiful soul. For how she treated others when no one was watching, for her strength, her wisdom, her generosity, and most of all for her unconditional love. And let’s not forget about her red lipstick, her purse and shoe collection, and her feistiness!

She would often say that her greatest accomplishment in life was her children and her grandchildren. She was so proud of how they treated each other, how they treated others, and most of all how they treated her. The bond she had with each of us was unbreakable. No matter what life threw our way, it always brought us closer together.

She was THE best mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, auntie and friend. Those who truly knew her, will cherish the beautiful memories that remain between them. She was the true embodiment of what it means to be a mother, and she will be deeply missed by many.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
