Deepest sympathy to the Kromer family. I have known Uwe as an Optimist and for all these years he has been a great supported in the community. Uwe would always attend our Optimist Clubs of Winnipeg Foundation meetings with ideas on how we can make a difference in the community. I will miss his spirit, knowledge and friendship. Thanks you Uwe for your time in making a difference you are so missed.
