VICTOR KOWAL
Victor Kowal of Winnipeg, passed away on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at the Victoria General Hospital, at the age of 85 years. Left to survive Victor are his wife of 58 years of marriage, Dianne and sons, Marc (Ruth) of Brandon, MB and Todd (Donna) of St. Albert, AB. Victor was born and raised in Winnipeg’s north end. He was a proud member of both, the St. James and Winnipeg Police Departments. At the conclusion of his policing career, he worked for the Manitoba Lotteries Foundation, until retiring to golf. Victor enjoyed traveling and was an avid sports fan. In compliance with Victor’s wishes, no Funeral Service will be held. The family wishes to acknowledge and express their gratitude to the staff at Riverview Personal Care Home, Poseidon Personal Care Home, and the Victoria General Hospital.
