Dear Aunti Vicki, I remember as a child mom and dad (Shirley nee: Rosin & John Van der Tol) packing all four of us kids: Shawn, Michael, Darcy and Shari into the car for a family visit to Beausejour to see the Pastula’s. We would always make a pit stop to see you at the shop for those ”world famous French fries” you are so well known for. As we grew up you were always a part of our family celebrations, weddings, showers, milestone birthdays and anniversaries. We will deeply miss you but, you will always be in our hearts.

DEAR VICKY...I VISITED YOU AT THE HOSPITAL ON MAR.22/12-5PM.YOU LOOKED SO PEACEFUL. I TOLD YOU THAT YOU LOOKED GREAT. YOU SAID 'THANK YOU'...I PULLED YOUR BLANKET UP AROUND YOUR SHOULDER...YOU SAID YOU WERE COLD. YOU ASKED ME TO TURN THE LITE OUT ON THE DRESSER AND I DID.VICKY PASSED AWAY ON MARCH 23/12-12:15 AM. YOU WILL ALWAYS BE REMEMBERED. I have grown up in Beausejour & knew Vickie's chip stand quite well. I have also had the pleasure of being Vickie's neighbour for the past 19 years.She always had a pleasant word & loved to see the kids in their costumes @ Halloween. Vickie will be missed!
