WAYNE DUGRAY

August 2, 2012

WAYNE LLOYD DUGRAY Peacefully, after a courageous battle with esophageal cancer, we announce the passing of Wayne DuGray, age 61 years, on Thursday, August 2, 2012 at the Grace Hospital. Left to cherish Wayne’s memory are his brother Blair (Cheryl); aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his father Lloyd; mother Vivian, and sister Glenda. Wayne grew up in East Kildonan where he developed friendships which would last his lifetime. He worked many jobs before settling into Winnipeg’s trucking business in 1986. For the past ten-years, he was proud to be an owner/operator for Dart Messenger. Wayne enjoyed his friends and family but was most content being at home, working in his yard and enjoying sports on television. He was a big supporter of the Blue Bombers, attending a majority of the Bombers’ home games over the past 40 years. A Celebration of Wayne’s Life will be held on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Roman Catholic Church, 4588 Roblin Boulevard, with Rev. Msgr. Maurice Commeault presiding. We would like to thank both the staff at the Grace Hospital and CancerCare Manitoba for their support and caring during Wayne’s illness.Publish Date: Aug 11, 2012WAYNE LLOYD DUGRAY On Thursday, August 2, 2012, Wayne passed away at the Grace Hospital at the age of 61 years.
