Bill was a steady, calm and kind man who cared for our family is a generous and always loving way. He always greeted both of us and our children with a mighty hug whenever we got together. Bill took us fishing no matter what the weather. His delight when one of us caught a fish was just as much fun as catching the fish! His kindness will always be remembered and he will be held with love in our hearts forever.

Uncle Billy, was the big brother, the one we could look up to. I had little brothers, but he was with us from way back when. We could use his kayak his motor bike his boat whatever. He was with my Dad with my brothers and my sister on so many occasions. I will remember him always. Manuela

One of my fondest memories is of all those years that Santa Bill Rode around Hy-Board with his ski-doo sleigh full of toys for all us boys and girls and all our fun filled cold freezing days around a barrel fire on the Ridge. So many memories. Hugs to you Marge.

My memories with Uncle Bill have always been with a smile. Whether it was trying to teach me how to properly jig or going out on the lake on sled in the middle of winter to have a bonfire with tea (with the snow from the lake of course). He always had a huge smile on his face and when he was really thinking hard it was always scratch the jaw and run his hand on his hair as though he was straightening it. My deepest sympathies and condolences to my loving Auntie Marge and cousin Trish. We will all do a jig for Uncle Bill (even though I still can't do it right)

Whenever we met (at home, at family celebrations...) we were always impressed by Bill's calm, easy disposition balanced by his passions shared with our cousin, Marg: love of the outdoors and nature, carving, traveling and preserving special memories through photos. Our heartfelt condolences to all the family.Love, Donna & Rick(warm hugs to you Marg)
